Notice of the Sixty-Ninth Annual General Meeting

The Sixty-Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Ormond Cricket Club Inc. will be held at the McKinnon Hotel on Friday the 22nd of July, commencing at 6:30pm.

Nominations for the election of Office Bearers must be forwarded to the Secretary by 5pm on Friday the 15th of July 2016, duly signed by the proposer and seconder, and endorsed by the nominee.

BUSINESS

1. Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on the 1st of August 2015

2. Presentation of the Annual Report

3. Adoption of the statement of income and expenditure

4. Election of Office Bearers

5. General Business

The AGM will then be followed by the Boxing Day in July function, to watch the footy on the Big Screen (Details TBC)
